Combine the Jamaican rum, allspice dram, simple syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, and egg white in a shaker.

Dry shake vigorously to emulsify the ingredients without ice.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill the mixture thoroughly.

Double strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg before serving.
