One Flight Up

Place a long column of ice in a highball glass.

Add the Campari and soda water to the glass.

Combine the pisco, bianco vermouth, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange flower water, bitters, and egg white in a shaker.

Seal and shake the mixture without ice to emulsify the ingredients.

Add ice to the shaker, then shake vigorously to chill.

Strain the mixture into the highball glass, allowing it to float over the Campari and soda mixture.

Garnish with twists of lemon and orange peel.

Serve with a straw.
