Golden Rule Flip

Combine the Añejo tequila, herbal liqueur, Strega, Amaro Nonino, honey syrup, and whole egg in a shaker.

Add a couple of ice cubes and shake vigorously for about a minute.

Introduce the heavy cream and cracked ice to the mixture, then shake vigorously once more for thirty seconds.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with freshly grated clove using a microplane, or substitute with nutmeg or cinnamon if preferred.
