Mezcal Porn Star Martini

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish of half a fresh passion fruit.

Shake the Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal, Passoã passion fruit liqueur, Monin Vanilla Syrup, passion fruit purée, and freshly squeezed lime juice with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe.

Optionally, pour the sparkling wine into a chilled shot glass to serve alongside the cocktail.
