Susan's Salad

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a thick slice of cucumber as garnish.

Muddle the chopped cucumber and fresh basil leaves in the base of a shaker.

Add the Ketel One Vodka, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker. Shake vigorously with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with the cucumber chunk on the rim of the glass.
