Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a rosemary sprig for garnish.

Strip the rosemary leaves from the stem and muddle them at the base of a shaker.

Add the Hayman's London Dry Gin and elderflower liqueur to the shaker.

Shake with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled martini glass.
