Naked Ape

Select and pre-chill a Double Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of a cinnamon stick and a chunk of banana.

Shake the dark rum, overproof aged pot still rum, Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur, Monin Cinnamon Syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with the cinnamon stick and banana chunk on the rim.
