Combine the bourbon, maple syrup, black walnut bitters, grapefruit bitters, Aztec chocolate bitters, and salt solution in a Yarai mixing glass.

Add several fresh, large ice cubes to the mixing glass. Ensure your ice is free from freezer odors and made from quality water, as this can impact the drink's flavor upon dilution.

Stir all the ingredients thoroughly for about one minute, checking for proper dilution and balance.

Strain the mixture into a chilled Double Old Fashioned Glass over a single large ice cube or sphere.

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a twist of orange peel. Run the peels around the rim of the glass to release their oils, enhancing the drink's aroma.

Optionally, add a Luxardo cherry for an additional touch of sweetness.
