Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by cutting a pineapple wedge.

Shake the pisco, gentian liqueur, pineapple juice, Sauvignon Blanc, and rich sugar syrup with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish the drink with the prepared pineapple wedge on the rim.
