Desert Colada

Pour the prickly pear syrup into the bottom of a hurricane glass.

In a blender carafe, combine the cream of coconut, rum, ice, and pineapple juice.

Blend the mixture until smooth, then carefully pour it over the prickly pear syrup in the glass.

Gently swirl with a spoon to create a marbled effect.

Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
