Thunder In Paradise

Select and pre-chill a Highball Glass.

Shake all ingredients—Caribbean blended rum, Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry, Monin Almond Syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, and cream of coconut—with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared Highball Glass.

Garnish with dashes of creole-style bitters, coloring the top of the drink, and finish with a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Serve with a straw.

Serve the strained cocktail over crushed ice in the highball glass.
