How to make Cucumber Rum Collins with Cucumber, Light Rum, Lemon Juice. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).
Select and pre-chill a highball glass.
Prepare a cucumber ribbon for garnish.
Muddle the fresh cucumber in the base of a shaker.
Add the light white rum, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, and saline solution or pinch of salt. Shake with ice.
Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with Thomas Henry Soda Water and give it a brief stir.
Garnish with the cucumber ribbon, wrapping it around the inside of the glass.
