Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to enhance the serving experience.
Prepare a lime zest twist for garnish and set aside.
Combine Hayman's London Dry Gin, Cointreau L'Unique, freshly squeezed lime juice, rich sugar syrup, egg white (or Fee Foam), and saline solution in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously to chill and blend the ingredients, then strain the mixture back into the shaker, discarding the ice.
Dry shake the mixture (without ice) to create a frothy texture, and fine strain it into the pre-chilled coupe.
Top the cocktail with chilled Thomas Henry Soda Water to add a refreshing fizz.
Express the lime zest twist over the cocktail to release aromatic oils, then place it as a garnish on the rim of the glass.
