Combine the Añejo rum, ginger liqueur, and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass.

Add a couple of dashes of bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail coupe, serving it straight up.

Garnish with a twist of orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it in the glass.
