Waldorf Daiquiri

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish with a walnut, an apple wedge, and a chunk of blue cheese.

Muddle the fresh celery stick in the base of a shaker.

Add the Havana Club Añejo 7 Años Cuban Rum, Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur, rich sugar syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and cloudy apple juice or cider to the shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously with ice.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the prepared walnut, apple wedge, and blue cheese chunk.
