How to make Coffee Batida with Cachaca, Coffee Liqueur, Espresso. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.
Combine the cachaça, Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur, and Exprè Caffè Italiano or freshly made hot espresso coffee in a blender.
Add the rich sugar syrup to the mixture.
Blend all the ingredients together with crushed ice until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into an Old Fashioned glass.
Serve immediately with a straw.
