Muddle the mint leaves at the base of your cocktail coupe.

Add the cacao & coffee spiced rum, lime cordial, orange bitters, and a grind of black pepper.

Stir the mixture with ice and fine strain it into the chilled coupe glass.

Top with brut champagne or sparkling wine.
