Select and pre-chill a Double Old Fashioned Glass.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish.

Stir the blanco tequila, Cynar or other carciofo amaro, and Americano bianco with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled glass, ideally over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
