Instructions

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by twisting a strip of lemon zest.

In a shaker, combine the gin, triple sec liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, and egg white or cocktail foamer. Add ice and give it a vigorous shake.

Strain the mixture back into the shaker, discarding the ice.
