Caribe Daiquiri

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a pineapple wedge.

Shake the Cuban rum, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Difford's Falernum liqueur, and rich sugar syrup with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish the drink by placing the pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.
