Chill a highball glass in preparation.

Create a garnish by spearing a cucumber slice with a bouquet of mint sprigs.

Muddle fresh cucumber slices at the base of a shaker, ensuring the skin is removed before chopping.

Add Hayman's London Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker. Shake well with ice.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with ice, simultaneously pouring in Thomas Henry Soda Water.

Finish by garnishing the cocktail with the prepared cucumber slice and mint sprigs bouquet.
