Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish using a coin-sized slice of lime zest.

Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.

Garnish with the lime zest coin.
