Mono Dorado

Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure your drink stays cold.

Prepare an orange zest garnish by cutting a long string of zest, knotting it, and setting it aside for later use.

In a mixing glass, combine the new make spirit, Yellow Chartreuse or génépy liqueur, chilli liqueur, and Angostura orange bitters.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir the ingredients thoroughly until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with the prepared orange zest knot by dropping it gently into the cocktail.
