Chill a cocktail coupe to prepare it for serving.

Grate nutmeg to create a garnish.

Stir the honey with the blended Scotch whisky until the honey is fully dissolved.

Add the whipping cream and shake vigorously with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Finish by dusting the top with freshly grated nutmeg.
