Combine the listed gin, herbal liqueur, cinnamon syrup, simple syrup, falernum, orgeat, lemon juice, cream and egg white in a shaker.
Add 20 cc of the listed 40 cc soda water and dry shake for 1 minute.
Add 4 ice cubes and shake for 2 minutes.
Put the remaining 20 cc soda water in a highball glass and fine strain the cocktail over it.
Finish with a flamed lemon peel.
