Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Stir the Island single malt Scotch whisky, Amaro, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, and a dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass filled with ice, preferably over a large ice cube or chunk.

Serve without garnish.
