- Violet LiqueurRothman & Winter Crème de Violette30 cc

Instructions

Chill a Cocktail Coupe until ready to use.

Add the mezcal, dry vermouth, crème de violette, absinthe, and freshly squeezed lime juice into a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the chilled Cocktail Coupe.
