Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.

Prepare an orange zest twist and a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry for garnish.

Stir the bourbon whiskey, Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, and orange bitters with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled Coupe glass.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail, then discard it. Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
