Stir the listed white agricole rum, herbal liqueur, brown sugar syrup and aromatic bitters with ice and fine strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Cut a coin-sized disc of lime peel, scrape away the pith and curl it into a small floating boat. Put the separate listed 5 drops overproof white rum into the boat and ignite. Wait until the flame has completely burned out before drinking.
