Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish by slicing an apricot.

Shake the rum, Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, grenadine or pomegranate syrup, and egg yolk with ice.

Strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the ingredients without ice to achieve a smooth texture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with ice.

Garnish with the prepared apricot slice.
