Fall Down Slow

Chill a cocktail coupe by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.

In a mixing glass, combine the rum, cognac, plum wine, Cynar, and Amaro Nonino.

Add a dash of Peychaud's Bitters to the mixing glass.

Add a generous amount of large ice cubes to the mixing glass.

Stir the mixture until well chilled and properly diluted.

Strain the cocktail into the chilled cocktail coupe.
