Strawberry Fields

Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Chill a cocktail coupe to prepare it for serving.

Muddle the strawberries at the base of a shaker until they are well crushed.

Add Ketel One Vodka, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey syrup, and your choice of egg white, Vegg White vegan egg white alternative, or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer to the shaker.

Shake the mixture with ice to chill and combine the ingredients, then strain it back into the shaker.

Dry shake without ice to achieve a smooth emulsion.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Finish by garnishing with 5 drops of balsamic vinegar and a light dusting of freshly ground black pepper.
