Chill a cocktail coupe in preparation for serving.
Prepare a garnish by slicing a wedge or slice of grapefruit and set it aside.
Combine Hayman's London Dry Gin, Dubonnet, Byrrh or another rouge light quinquina, Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro, and freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
Garnish the drink with the prepared grapefruit wedge or slice on the rim.
