Combine the rum, Virgin Islands rum, ginger liqueur, pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, maple syrup, water, cinnamon stick, and cloves in a small pot.

Heat the mixture over low heat, allowing it to simmer gently for several minutes while stirring to dissolve the maple syrup.

Pour the hot mixture into a heat-resistant glass.

Float a pat of butter on top of the drink.

Dust the surface with lemon zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper.
