Strawberry & Balsamic Mojito

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Muddle the chopped strawberries at the base of a highball glass.

Add mint leaves, Havana Club Original Añejo 3 Años Cuban rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, white balsamic vinegar, and rich sugar syrup into the glass.

Fill the glass two-thirds full with crushed ice.

Churn the mixture with a bar spoon to combine all the ingredients.

Top up the glass with more crushed ice.

Finish with a splash of Thomas Henry Soda Water, give it a brief stir, and serve.
