Mrs Hendrickx Lemonade Highball

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish of an orange slice wheel.

In a shaker, combine the oude genever, mandarin liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass while simultaneously pouring in the soda water.

Garnish with the prepared orange slice wheel.
