Pumpkin Spice Calypso

Select a heat-resistant glass and preheat it gently.

Prepare a garnish by grating fresh nutmeg.

Pour the Cuban rum, Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur, hot filter coffee, and pumpkin spice syrup into the preheated glass.

Steam the whipping cream until foamy, or use a milk frother, and then carefully float it over the drink by pouring it over the back of a spoon.

Finish by dusting the top with freshly grated nutmeg.
