Shake the spiced rum, Scotch, lemon juice, and ginger-honey syrup together with ice until well-chilled.

Rinse a cocktail coupe with the essence of a flamed rosemary sprig by briefly igniting the sprig and allowing its smoke to coat the interior of the glass.

Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared coupe.

Douse the flamed rosemary sprig in the cocktail to extinguish it, then use the sprig as a garnish.
