Chill a Highball Glass in preparation.

In a pint glass, muddle the bitters with simple syrup to release the flavors.

Add the Irish whiskey, Yellow Chartreuse, Green Chartreuse, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and ice to the pint glass.

Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into the prepared Highball Glass.

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, allowing the oils to express over the surface of the drink before placing it on the rim or inside the glass.
