Prepare the banana whiskey beforehand: soak 3 sliced bananas in 750 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey for 3–4 days, then strain out the fruit and refrigerate the strained infusion.

Rinse the martini glass with Islay Scotch, ensuring the interior is well-coated with the smoky essence.

Add the Bananas Jameson, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, and aromatic bitters to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously to chill and combine the ingredients thoroughly.

Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
