How to make Hummer with Light Rum, Coffee Liqueur, Vanilla Ice Cream. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.
Prepare a garnish of cacao powder.
Dry blend the light white rum, Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur, and vanilla ice cream on a slow setting. Gradually add xanthan gum if using, while continuing to blend.
Add a 7oz scoop of crushed ice and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the chilled glass.
Dust with cacao powder.
Serve with a straw.
