Chill a cocktail coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish.

Combine the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, freshly squeezed orange juice, egg yolk, and a dash of Orange Bitters by Angostura (if using) in a cocktail shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then use it as a garnish.
