Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.
Prepare a garnish of freshly grated nutmeg.
Shake the bourbon whiskey, Adriatico Bianco Amaretto Liqueur, hazelnut sugar syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and Fee Brothers Black Walnut bitters with ice until well chilled.
Strain the mixture back into the shaker.
Dry shake the mixture to emulsify, omitting the ice.
Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
Dust the surface with freshly grated nutmeg for garnish.
