Gator Love

Chill a cocktail coupe in the freezer until frosty.

Combine the dry sherry, cognac, and herbal liqueur in a cocktail shaker.

Add the half-and-half and egg white to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake the mixture very vigorously to achieve a frothy texture.

Strain the cocktail into the prepared frozen coupe glass.
