Dry Vermouth
3 cc
Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
45 cc
Amaro
10 cc
Pedro Ximénez SherryLustau San Emilio
10 cc
Black Pepper
1 pinch

Instructions

Rinse a chilled cocktail coupe with the Strucchi Dry Vermouth, ensuring it coats the inside of the glass, then set the glass aside.

Stir the Lowland single malt scotch whisky, Amaro, and Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail coupe.

Finish with a pinch of black pepper on top as a garnish.
