Castro's Pina Colada

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a pineapple wedge for garnish.

Shake the coconut rum liqueur, pineapple juice, and freshly squeezed lime juice with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass.
