Aviary's Bitter

Stir the brandy, apple brandy, Bonal Gentiane Quina, Amaro Nonino, Lorenzo Inga My Amaro, and Peychaud's Bitters with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass that has been smoked with a bourbon barrel stave. If preferred, use an unsmoked glass.
