Chill a cocktail coupe in advance.

Combine Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, gomme syrup, and Angostura Aromatic Bitters in a mixing glass.

Throw the mixture by pouring it from one container to another with ice to chill and aerate, or simply stir it with ice until well mixed and chilled.

Strain the well-chilled mixture into the prepared cocktail coupe.
