Instructions

Use the specified component styles before mixing. Required component: Bitters (Fee Brother's Mint).

Dry shake the absinthe, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white vigorously to emulsify the mixture.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.

Top with soda water to add a refreshing effervescence.
