Chill a Old Fashioned Glass with ice water and set it aside.

Combine Cynar, Nocino, Virgin Islands Rum, and freshly squeezed lemon juice in a mixing glass.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the chilled Old Fashioned Glass.

Express the oils of both lemon and orange peels over the drink, then drop them in as garnish.

Finish with a dash of orange flower water for an aromatic flourish.
